Q: I’ve paid my subscription but I haven’t received my password, so how do I login?
A: This is the most common problem we have and it’s all to do with JUNK and SPAM filters on your email service provider. If your email address is handled by Gmail, Yahoo or Xtra etc., it’s very unlikely that you will be able to receive our automated emails like the one that’s been sent to you already with your password. Your service provider has judged this email as either JUNK or SPAM, and if you login to your Webmail account, you will find the email there.
So you need to whitelist our email addresses (add us to your address book). Please note: this has to be done in your Webmail and cannot be done using a desktop application like Outlook. To put us in your Webmail contacts please follow these instructions:
Log in to your Webmail Account (if you don’t know how to, ask your service provider)
Click Contacts in the folder list (this is located normally along the left side of your Mail page)
Your Contacts open as a tab in the main window
Below the word Contacts on the actual tab, notice the Rolodex-card icon with a plus sign next to the words Add Contact. When you move the mouse here, it becomes a button, and when you click it, a Contact Properties window opens.
Enter the following information:
First: Admin
Last: Theonlinedogtrainer
Email : admin@theonlinedogtrainer.com
Click “Save” when you’re finished

Q: Why can’t I login with my password to the Membership site?
Answer 1: You’ve typed in your logins incorrectly. Please enter them again carefully (this is the problem 90% of the time). If you get it wrong three times in a row the system will suspect you’re not a paid member and your account will be frozen and you’ll be locked out. If this occurs please send a request for your password to admin@theonlinedogtrainer.com.
Answer 2: You’ve been locked out for some reason. **For security reasons your account may be frozen and possibly terminated if the system detects logins from too many different IP addresses (different computers). So keep it safe!** The Membership site is for your own personal use so please don’t share your login information with anyone. If this does occur (it may well be because you’re logging in from the office and from home on different computers), please email admin@theonlinedogtrainer.com with an explanation and we’ll get onto it asap. Unfortunately the membership security can only allocate one email address per account.
Answer 3: Another reason you may be locked out is if you entered the wrong password or email address too often. Again, please email admin@theonlinedogtrainer.com with an explanation and we’ll get onto unlocking your account.
Answer 4: If you can’t login and you’re getting this message: “Sorry, you do not have access to this content. If you are a free member, then click here to purchase access. -OR- You’re seeing this message because this content is not yet available to you (or has already expired)“, it means your membership has expired and you need to purchase another month’s membership from ClickBank. Click here to extend your membership.

Q: How do I ask Doggy Dan and his Pack Leaders a question regarding my dog or dog training?
A: Could you please post your questions in the Forum. They will only be answered by Doggy Dan and his team in the Forum because all questions can be viewed by all the members which really helps other dog lovers.

Q: How do I post my question in the Forum?
A: First, login to the Forum. You’ll find the link to the Forum in the main navigation bar inside the members site, or you can click on this link: www.theonlinedogtrainer.com/forum.
Secondly, you’ll need to register on the Forum. Click on the Register button and follow the instructions.

Q: If I’m not happy during the 60 day money-back guarantee and I want to cancel my subscription and request a refund, what do I do?
A: Your account is actually with ClickBank and requesting a refund from them is quite simple. Here are the steps for getting a refund fromClickBank.
1. Once you are at www.ClickBank.com click on the ‘Order Help’ link at the top of the page. Or click here
2. Fill in the form with all required information including your eight character order number you received just after purchasing your product. You must use the email address you used to sign up with. Your eight character order number is on the email receipt from ClickBank. You can always do a subject search for “Receipt for your ClickBank Order” to find out more about this.
3. Choose cancel, or refund, and follow the prompts.
4. Write out the reason you are requesting a refund in the ‘Question’ box and click submit.
You should receive a notification via email that your refund has been credited back to credit card. ClickBank may take up to 5 working days.

1. Find the original e-mail receipt sent from ClickBank for the product you bought.
2. Find the CUSTOMER SERVICE section of your receipt e-mail (It is below the TECHNICAL SUPPORT section). Near the top of the Customer Service bit is a link, clicking this will bring you directly to your product support page.
3. From this page there is no obvious refund request. However you need to click on the Get Support icon.
4. This is where you can pick your support request type. You want to select refund.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription to The Online Dog Trainer?
A: So you’ve decided to leave Doggy Dan’s Online Dog Trainer and you want to cancel your subscription.
Your account is actually with ClickBank and requesting a cancellation from them is quite simple. To do this, simply use ClickBank’s Purchase Inquiry form by clicking here:. http://www.clickbank.com/csinquiry.html
Fill in your details and you will get to a drop-down option for canceling subscriptions. You may cancel at any time.

Q: Why is my password for the Forum different from the Membership site?
A: When you register for the Forum you will be sent a password which is different to your membership password. The reason for this is because we offer the Forum as a free service even after your membership expires. You have unlimited access to the Forum for as long as you like, so you obviously need a new password. You can change the password to something more memorable once you login and set up your profile in the Forum.

Q: How do I change my password or my name for the Membership site ?
A: You can update and change your profile any time by going to the My Account page in the main navigation bar of the members area. Change your name, or enter your new password in the profile table. Re-enter it and click ‘Update’. That’s it, you’re done! Please write it down somewhere safe.

Q: How do I change my password for the Forum?
A: Once you’ve logged into the Forum, click on the Profile button and follow the instructions. Please write your new password down somewhere safe.

Q: What if I’ve lost my password?
A: For both the Membership site and the Forum you will find Lost Password? links below the login fields. Click the link and enter the email address you originally signed up with. Login details will then be emailed to you.

Q: How do I download my Free Bonuses?

A: The site is continually growing with updated information and new videos. When new information is added or something relevant is newsworthy, you’ll be sent an email with a brief description, letting you know where it is for easy reference.

Q: How do I unsubscribe from emails from The Online Dog Trainer?
A: At the bottom of every email you receive is a link to unsubscribe. Simply click the link and you will not get any more mail from us. However we highly recommend you don’t – there are many useful updates and technical issues we need you to receive in order to fully enjoy The Online Dog Trainer.

A: The pause before any video starts playing will vary according to your service provider, your geographical location and the amount of internet traffic at that time of day. The Online Dog Trainer site is optimized for the fastest possible download speeds, so bear this in mind if you encounter any sluggish periods.
